Brother... your mind is not as you think - you do not own nearly as much as you wish... you may lift the sails, you may clean the deck, but the wheel is not your own...

For your mind as you know it, is only partial to your consciousness, it hold only 5% of its treasure. The rest?
Owned by the subconscious. The true captain of your ship.

The subconscious always listens, it always hears what you speak. What you speak to others, what you speak to yourself, and how you speak it. It always watches what you watch, and believes what you believe. It doesn't know right from wrong, it only knows that it is given. So be careful brother, of what you give it, for it will take anything. And what you input, will become your output.

This matters only to the seeker of fruit, and yearner of peace... but do you not long it as well? Do you not wish purpose upon yourself? Do you not wish a life frictionless and fulfilling?
Speak to yourself, as you would a child. Guard yourself from toxicity and poison, as you would a child. Most importantly: show love to yourself, as you would a child. For in patience and compassion we grow, but in restlessness and anger, we rot.

So brother, I ask one thing: What will serve your captain today?
Will it be fruit or poison?
